*Number of participants refers to the number of individual connections to our zoom session. You can be multiple people in the same kitchen but we ask that you try not to be more than 2 people as much for your own benefit as for your fellow participants & chef-instructor.

Average Food Cost: About 20 euros and assumes that you have some basic ingredients available in your kitchen (Sugar, Flour, Eggs . . .)

Bringing French dessert classes to you one online French class at a time
Because classic French desserts should be reserved only for your trip to Paris. When you join us in our online French pâtisserie classes we’re bringing a professional pastry chef from France into your home kitchen. You’ll learn to make the French dessert classics that you have enjoyed on your trips to Paris. A tasty way to escape the day-to-day with a virtual trip to a Parisian pastry shop, chez vous!
Our Pastry chef will guide you through the steps needed to prepare delicious French desserts that will delight your sweet tooth and improve your skills and confidence in the kitchen! Your sweet tooth will thank you! Join us online from the comfort of your own kitchen and know that you too can make perfect French desserts at home.

Interested in a Private Lesson with our pastry chef?
Don’t see a date that works for you? You can send us an email to suggest another date. If we are available we will propose the date and should we have enough participants, we will run the class. You may also wish to gather your friends and family for a private class customized for you. Please note that we need to give participants enough time to prepare for shopping for the class.

Millefeuille
Who could resist this classic flaky puff pastry dessert?
Recipes: Chocolate & Vanilla Millefeuille (Napoleon). Learn Pâte Feuillété, Crème Legère (you will learn to make your own puff pastry dough from scratch). *Please note that a video tutorial will be provided for the pâte feuillété which will not be made during class.

Tools needed: Mixing bowls, Saucepans, Dough brush (optional), Kitchen knives, Baking pans & Parchment Paper, Silicon spatulas, Rolling pin, Oven, Stand-up Mixer with whisk and paddle attachment (paddle is optional), Kitchen scale, Spatula, or Pastry scraper, Cling film, Whisks, 2 pastry bags & 2 plain number 9 (9mm) or small star tip
Note: We, of course, prefer that you attend classes LIVE. But if you are unable to attend the LIVE class, you can also select to watch the recording so that you may follow along on your own. You can always email the chef to ask your questions.
