Chef Eric Fraudeau

Chef/Culinary Expert

I’m Chef Eric Fraudeau. Since I started my culinary career at 15, food has been my passion. My wife, Yetunde & I opened our French cooking school, Cook’n With Class to welcome food & wine enthusiasts to Paris back in 2007 offering hands-on French cooking classes that went beyond just another fun thing to do in Paris. Paris was the natural home for a French gastronomical holiday experience with its countless markets & fine restaurants and inspirational chefs. Join us for a Week in Paris to remember. My approach has always been simple: anyone truly can cook and my team of professional chefs & I are more than happy to share our knowledge with you so you can use your new (or honed) skills in your everyday meal preparation. It’s not about memorizing recipes. It’s about techniques you can apply at home. Come join me & my chefs in Paris for a fun, convivial, & delicious culinary adventure of a lifetime.

So are you ready to take a big bite out of the French capital on the culinary journey of your dreams? French cheese, French wine, & champagne. Paris is calling and it’s time to answer the phone.

If you are not passionate about cooking or think that Paris has already shown you all her colors, then this is not a tour for you.

If you love food, wine, & travel. If you want to learn from a pro the skills that will last you a lifetime, then we want to see you on food tours in Paris.

What better time than now to treat yourself to a food lovers holiday in Paris. So what are you waiting for?

Do I have to be an expert cook?
Not at all, the recipes we will do together will build on the skills you have already and give you the confidence to try new recipes in the future
Do I have to speak French?
Our tour and classes are all in English. It’s always nice (and polite), to say Bonjour, Merci, & au revoir to the vendors we meet but fluency in French is not necessary to participate in this program week
I’m a solo traveler, is this week right for me?
We have often had participants join our weeks on their own and who have left with new friends. We bring together food & travel enthusiasts so whether you are traveling solo or as a couple, our small group size is ideal for everyone to feel welcome.
Will we have time to explore Paris on our own?
Our days will be packed full of culinary delights but we’ll leave you plenty of free time so you can (re)discover the city.
Are accommodations included?
Our week in Paris does not include accommodations but we would be happy to make a few recommendations.
Can you recommend insurance for my trip?
No one wishes to think about what could go wrong on a trip but surprises can be costly. We highly advise that you also look into comprehensive travel insurance. You can review this website for insurance comparisons.
