Chef Eric speaks, French, English, & Spanish. The majority of our tours & classes are taught in English. However, we are able to offer classes and culinary tours in either French or Spanish as well. Private bookings can be in any of these three languages depending on the course you wish to take
Our in-person cooking classes, culinary tours & workshops are limited to 6-8 people. Our online classes can have up to 14 people depending on the class. This is to ensure that everyone has plenty of attention from the chef.
If dates are available on our calendar, you are free to reserve. Please note that we may need a minimum number of participants for certain classes and activities and therefore your booking may not be confirmed straight away. But in general, as soon as you have your dates. Don’t forget that classes are only for up to 6-8 people depending on the class, so availability might be limited…
To book an online cooking class with us, please head over to our online booking calendar where you will have up-to-date availability and can reserve your dates directly online. For our culinary holidays, tours, and workshops, please use the book now button directly on the tour page. You can only make one booking at a time for however many people the course allows, so if you wish to book more than one activity, you will need to request them separately.

Yes, we do accept credit card payments with Visa, MasterCard, Amex.
With the exception of our online classes where you will need to shop for your ingredients locally and have the necessary tools mentioned for participation, all that you will need to participate in our tours will be provided for you. Unless otherwise noted, you can come as you are. Do be sure to wear appropriate shoes.
For our online classes, you will need to shop for your own ingredients. For all tours and culinary holidays, there is no extra cost for food unless otherwise noted.
If you have any food allergies or other food restrictions, please be sure to mention it when you reserve. We have provided a further information/comment box for you to ask any specific questions or let us know about your particular needs.
Full payment is required when booking an online cooking class only once we have obtained the minimum number of people for the class. You will receive a confirmation that your request was accepted and will need to submit payment to confirm your reservation within 24-hours.
In order to maintain the quality of our programs some of the included services require an upfront payment. Therefore, when reserving our culinary holidays & tours, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm and is only due once the minimum number of participants is reached. The balance of your payment is due 45 days before the course start.
We accept various forms of payment but the simplest way is by credit card through our online payment form. As soon as we receive the payment confirmation, we will send you all the details and information regarding your tour.

We sincerely hope that you will not need to cancel your course or culinary tour but in the event that you do, please note the following cancelation policy which defers depending on the course booked:
Online classes are refundable if canceled before 7 days of the class date. We can add you to a later scheduled class should you need to change dates but we can not guarantee that it will be with the same class menu as this is based on availability.
Culinary Tours & Cooking holidays – As we have upfront costs related to the smooth running of our week-long programs, we are unable to refund the 30% deposit if you are unable to make your trip for any reason. It is, however, possible to postpone your date with notification at least 45 days before the trip and only one such change will be allowed for any given booking. Once changed, the new dates are final and non-refundable. Please note that your postponed dates will be subject to the rate at the time of the new booking.
Cooking Workshops & Masterclasses – Cancelations made more than 60 days before the start date of your class are subject to a cancelation fee of 50% of the total cost per participant.
In the event that we are able to replace you, we will issue you a full refund less the 20€ processing fee.
All cancelations made less than 60 days before the start date will not be refunded unless we are able to rebook your dates.
Private Food Tours
Cancelations made more than 30 days before your scheduled tour date will be subject to a cancelation fee of 50 euros in total. Cancelation less than 30 days before the schedule tour date is non-refundable.
Natural & Unnatural Disasters: Traveling in a post-pandemic world can be overwhelming and confusing. In light of the ongoing pandemic, we want you to feel secure about your booking. In the event that we have to cancel a tour due to any natural or unnatural disasters, your culinary holidays and workshops can be postponed to new dates without penalty. Please note that new dates may be subject to price differences and will be taken into account. In the event that suitable dates can not be found, we will issue a refund. We highly advise that you also look into comprehensive travel insurance. US and Canadian travelers can use this Insurance comparison website to find what works for their trip. Online classes are open to everyone and it is up to you as to whether your children are old enough to participate. We do, however, recommend that any minors be accompanied by their parent.
Accommodations are hand-picked by us for our Week in Uzès & Week in Seville tours. We do not personally have accommodations for Paris, however, we would be more than happy to make a few suggestions to help you find the right place.
