Who We Are
We are Yetunde Oshodi-Fraudeau, experience creator & Chef Eric Fraudeau chef & culinary advisor of Let’s Eat The World. After the successful creation of the French Cooking School, Cook’n With Class Paris back in 2007, we have partnered on several food & wine-related projects that have brought countless food & travel lovers together. Together we bring you over 40 years of experience in hospitality and the culinary arts to share with you our passion for food, travel, & culture in both France and Spain. We think that travel should be fun, educational, & tasty. Our culinary tours in Seville are the perfect fit for anyone who wishes to explore the Andalusian capital, its culture, & its cuisine. We’ve seen that when travelers are afraid of not fully understanding the way people eat, they will often gravitate toward the old and familiar. We wanted to challenge visitors to dive deeper into the cultures they encounter by taking a bigger bite out of its cuisine. And this time we’re taking you to Seville, Spain! So Let’s Eat The World together.

With my wife, Yetunde, I opened a French cooking school in Paris to welcome food & wine enthusiasts back in 2007 offering hands-on cooking classes that went beyond just another fun thing to do in Paris. In Seville, Spain, the focus is on the local Spanish cuisine.
