Yes, we are open to collaborating with travel agents and agencies to resell our unique culinary experiences to your clients. If you are a travel agent interested in offering our tours and experiences, we would be delighted to discuss potential partnerships and how we can work together to provide exceptional travel experiences.

Please contact us via email to explore the opportunities for collaboration. We can discuss commission structures, customized packages, and any specific needs your clients might have. Our goal is to create seamless and memorable culinary journeys that will delight your clients and enhance your travel offerings.

By working with us, you’ll be able to offer your clients exclusive access to our carefully curated tours, workshops, and cooking classes, all designed to immerse travelers in the rich culinary traditions and cultures of our destinations. We look forward to building a successful partnership with you.

Unless otherwise indicated our tours & classes are run by English-speaking chefs or guides. Other spoken languages include French, Italian, Georgian, & Spanish depending on the tour location. Rest assured that an interpreter will always be on hand to translate when needed.

We have opted to run our tours and experiences in English, however, we can offer classes and culinary tours in any of the languages spoken in the area. Private bookings can be in any of these languages depending on the experience you reserve with us.

We offer small group tours of no more than 8 participants max. In any tour that allows for a non-participating guest, we limit the non-participants to 2 per tour. This way, you will have a truly hands-on, intimate tour experience with our local guides, chefs, and experts.

The majority of our culinary holidays include hand-picked accommodations be it in a private villa or a hotel. Whenever there are exceptions, it will be noted directly on the tour page. We are always happy to make recommendations should accommodations not be part of your experience.

With the exception of our online classes where you will need to shop for your ingredients locally and have the necessary tools mentioned for participation, all that you will need to participate in our tours will be provided for you. Unless otherwise noted, you can come as you are. Do be sure to wear appropriate shoes.

If you’re keen on joining any of our unique experiences and tours, we recommend securing your spot promptly due to the limited spaces available. If you are also interested in our installment payment plan and want to enjoy smaller payments over the 3-9 installment payments we now offer, you may want to book sooner than later. You can reserve any tour that shows available dates. However, please be aware that some tours and activities require a minimum number of participants before confirmation. This could mean that your booking request might be subject to a short waiting period until the minimum group size is met.

To reserve a spot on one of our culinary holidays, tours, or workshops, simply click the ‘Book Now’ button on the specific tour page. Our system will guide you through the reservation process for the selected experience. Please note that bookings are individual for each activity or tour — if you’re looking to book multiple activities or for a number of participants, you’ll need to make separate reservations for each.

If you’re interested in joining an online cooking class, you can book your place via our online booking calendar, which will show you the latest available dates and allow you to reserve directly online. Just like our other experiences, each booking accommodates the number of people specified by the course capacity, so for multiple bookings, separate transactions are necessary.

If you have any food allergies or other food restrictions, please be sure to mention it when you reserve. We have provided a further information/comment box for you to ask any specific questions or let us know about your particular needs.

Online classes are open to everyone and it is up to you as to whether your children are old enough to participate. We do, however, recommend that any minors be accompanied by their parent.

If you are interested in organizing a group for one of our culinary tours or workshops, we would be happy to help you design the program that is perfect for you.

Please contact us via email to let us know about your particular needs. Prices vary depending on how many people you wish to reserve for.

No problem! You can contact us via email or book a discovery call with me. Select a time that is most convenient for you on my Calendly. We can have a Zoom call or if preferred just a phone call. Let’s Eat The World is on Whatsapp business.

Cost & Payment Questions

Please view the course or tour page directly for our updated course prices. Please be aware that the tour prices displayed for dates more than 1 year ahead are tentative and may be subject to change. This is because many of our partners may not have finalized their pricing for such a far-off period. We will promptly communicate any price adjustments as soon as we receive updated information from our partners.

For our online classes, you will need to shop for your own ingredients. For all tours and culinary holidays, there is no extra cost for food unless otherwise noted.

ONLINE CLASSES

Full payment is required when booking an online cooking class only once we have obtained the minimum number of people for the class. You will receive a confirmation that your request was accepted and will need to submit payment to confirm your reservation within 24-hours.

CULINARY HOLIDAYS

To maintain the quality of our programs some of the included services require an upfront payment. Therefore, when reserving our culinary holidays & tours, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. We need a minimum number of participants to confirm the tour. If we cannot reach this minimum, the tour will be canceled. You will have the option to switch to another tour date for the same tour or transfer to another one of our holidays. If these options are not possible for you, you will be refunded in full.

The balance of your payment is due 45 days before the course starts.

We accept various forms of payment including installment payments at 0% interest but the simplest way is by credit card through our online payment form. As soon as we receive the payment confirmation, we will send you all the details and information regarding your tour.

Absolutely! We’re delighted to offer a flexible payment plan for our culinary tour clients. Here’s how our plan works:

  • Initial Deposit: Due to the initial costs of our tours and to ensure a firm commitment from our participants, begin by securing your spot with a 30% non-refundable deposit.
  • Interest-Free Installments: You can split the remaining balance into 3-9 easy, interest-free installments.
  • Final Payment Deadline: Please note that the full payment must be completed 45 days before the start of your tour.
Timely Invoices and Payments: Invoices will be sent on each installment due date. To avoid a late fee* of 250€, ensure payments are made within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. This new plan is designed to help you budget for an unforgettable culinary adventure with ease and peace of mind. Join us for a journey of exquisite tastes and experiences!
  • What happens if I cannot complete my payment plan?
A: If you choose our payment plan option and cannot complete all scheduled payments by the final payment deadline, all payments made up to that point will be forfeited, and you will not be eligible to participate in the tour. No refunds will be given for incomplete payment plans, so please ensure you can meet all payment deadlines before opting for this option.

*In the event of a late payment this additional fee will be added to your final payment

We sincerely hope that you will not need to cancel your course or culinary tour but if you do, please note the following cancelation policy which defers depending on the course booked:

Culinary Tours & Cooking holidays – As we have upfront costs related to the smooth running of our week-long programs, we are unable to refund the 30% deposit if you are unable to make your trip for any reason. It is, however, possible to postpone your date with notification at least 45 days before the trip and only one such change will be allowed for any given booking. Once changed, the new dates are final and non-refundable. Please note that your postponed dates will be subject to the rate at the time of the new booking.

Cooking Workshops & Masterclasses – Cancelations made more than 60 days before the start date of your class are subject to a cancelation fee of 50% of the total cost per participant.

Our tours offer a unique culinary experience, and as such, the recipes you enjoy may not come from a pre-set booklet. The beauty of our tours lies in their flexibility and responsiveness to seasonal availability. This approach allows our chefs and cooks to adapt menus, sometimes even tailoring them to suit the group’s special dietary needs or to accommodate unexpected changes in plans.

Given this personalized and adaptive nature of our culinary experiences, we aim to provide you with the recipes from your tour no more than 14 days after its conclusion. This timeframe allows us to ensure that the recipes you receive accurately reflect the dishes you enjoyed, complete with any unique modifications made during the tour.

In the rare instance that additional time is required to compile these recipes, we will keep you informed and updated. Rest assured, our goal is to provide you with a memorable culinary experience, both during the tour and afterwards, as you recreate the flavors at home.
