Left Luggage Facilities in Avignon
Everyone always asks what they can do with their bags after leaving their rental or if they happen to just be passing through one city or another during a trip to France. It used to be that almost all train station had a consigne de bagages (left luggage facilities), but with various scares in recent years and perhaps for logistical reasons as well, one by one, we started losing places to leave our bags at a reasonable price.
But good news for those visiting or passing through Avignon with luggage in tow. For the 4th year in a row, La Consigne à bagages (left luggage facilities), in Avignon will be open in the Gare SNCF Centre from May 2- August 30, 2019.
Now you can leave your bags or even your bike for a few hours or even a few days.
Hours of operations:
May, June, August they will be open from 8:30 am – 1:00 pm & 2 pm to 7 pm, Monday through Saturday. In July (during the Festival d’Avignon 4-24th of July), it will be open 7 days a week from 8 am – 8 pm.
La Cosigne can accept groups and objects of different sizes (including your bikes). The price is digressive and varies according to the size of your bag: from 5€ to 9€50.
If you are a group of 10 or more people, you should inquire, as space will be made available by reservation only.
