Meet Frédéric, our certified French sommelier, whose journey in the world of fine wines and gastronomy has spanned over a decade. With over 12 years of experience in prestigious fine-dining establishments across the globe, including New York, Gijon, Montreal, Ajaccio, Paris, Cannes, and Monaco, Frédéric has honed his expertise in both wine and culinary excellence.
Hailing from the renowned Bordeaux region, Frédéric’s passion for wine is deeply rooted in his heritage. This passion led him to pursue advanced studies at the esteemed Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) in London, where he achieved the highest degree certification in world wines and spirits – Level 3.
In 2013, Frédéric founded his own venture, CannesYouTaste, driven by a desire to share his extensive knowledge and love for wine. Through his company, he offers engaging and educational wine classes, designed for novices and connoisseurs. His approach is simple yet profound: to help individuals discover, understand, and appreciate wine while fostering confidence in their tasting abilities.
Beyond teaching, Frédéric also provides restaurant wine consulting, imports exceptional wines to France, and hosts events centered around the joys of food and wine. His expertise and friendly demeanor make him a sought-after wine educator and distributor.
