A dedicated mom, avid cook, and passionate food & wine enthusiast, Karen loves meeting people from diverse backgrounds, seeing it as a gateway to understanding the world’s rich tapestry. For her, mealtime is not just about food—it’s a cherished moment of sharing, exchange, and well-being.

With over 35 years of living in the beautiful region of Uzès, Karen’s extensive knowledge of the area is invaluable. Although she primarily assists our chef and clients in the kitchen, she can easily step into the role of a guide, offering personalized insights on how to immerse oneself in the charm of the Pays d’Uzès. Her dedication and passion are evident in everything she does, especially on our Let’s Eat Uzès tour, where her experience in the hospitality industry truly shines.

Karen’s love for her community is exemplified by her successful role in cheering a local festival, La Fête de Pois Chiche, in her village. In addition to being a fantastic cook and enthusiastic traveler, Karen runs her own concierge service in Uzès, ensuring visitors have a seamless and unforgettable experience. Her warm and welcoming personality, combined with her culinary expertise and local insights, make her an integral part of our team and a delightful companion on your culinary journey in Uzès.
