Seville Food Tour – A Taste of Spain & the Vibrance of Andalusia
We’ve introduced a shorter version of our Let’s Eat Seville – Week in Seville program week for food & wine lovers who like to keep things short and sweet. With our 5-day, 5-night tour we have not skimped on the fun, the wine, or the culture. We’ve created a program for food & wine lovers who wish to explore & indulge in the entertaining and lively atmosphere that Spain and more specifically, Andalusia, is known for. Come and discover the food culture, music, and dance that has made many a foreigner come to call this place home. Even if you don’t come to stay, once under her spell, you may wish to visit it time and time again. What better place than the region’s capital of Sevilla to begin your Spanish food & wine adventure? Learn about and admire Mohadin architecture. Feel & live the rhythm of Flamenco, taste the deep passionate Spanish wines, learn to prepare Spanish food, nibble on tapas, and appreciate the tranquil pace of life in Sevilla!
With your instructor and guide, Chef Samuel Rubio Ortega, and local expert and Spanish instructor Cristina Ramos, Sevillanos who are passionate about food and travel, ready to share their city with you in this food and travel lovers dream break.

What to expect on our Seville Food Tour
You will enjoy 3 hands-on Spanish cooking lessons including tapas & paella with a local Spanish chef. We will discover the intriguing and sometimes mysterious past of Sevilla in the company of professional guides during an exclusive private tour. You will discover Spanish wines with a Spanish sommelier. All breakfasts are included and we will enjoy restaurants we’ve hand-picked for some of the best tapas and local cuisine in the company of your chef & guide.
You will feel the vibrations and behold the beauty of the artful and majestic flamenco in a Tablao.
We highly encourage you to extend your stay in Andalusia as much as you can to explore beyond our beautiful city or to partake in its many cultural events in Seville and beyond.
The following is a sample program for our 5-day Culinary Tour in Seville – a Spanish cooking vacation in Andalucia, Spain. The program is subject to change due to weather or the availability of our partners. A more definitive program will be given to you on the day of your arrival. Barring any changes in weather and the desires of the group, this final program will be what you can expect during the program. We ask that you try to be understanding about any slight modifications that will not affect your overall enjoyment of the program.

DAY 1:
Arrive at the guesthouse in Seville center by 4:30 PM
Evening out to enjoy the Sevillan nightlife with an evening of organic Spanish wine tasting and tapas.
DAY 2:
1st day of class – Spanish Cuisine
After a Spanish-style breakfast, your day begins
Your first lesson will take place directly at the house to prepare lunch for the day

Spanish cooking lesson
Spanish-style breakfast at the house, another hands-on cooking lesson with your chef for a paella class, and more. Sit down and enjoy your wonderful meal along with wine.

Barrio Santa Cruz
After breakfast, you’ll meet your private tour guide who will take you through the winding cobblestone streets of Seville’s city center. Steeped in history and mystery, this is a glimpse into the city’s history and people.
Meet your chef for lunch at one of Seville’s iconic restaurants.

DAY 5:
Triana Market/Churros con Chocolate
We’ve saved this treat for last. No visit to Seville can go without a visit to the Triana Market. But before we begin our visit and shopping, we’ll indulge in one of the most Spanish traditions there is – Churros con Chocolate.
After our market tour, you’ll head back to the house to create your market menu from your purchases. But be sure to save room for the evening finale.
Time for a siesta! You’ve got a date at 8!
We conclude our evening at the Tablao to enjoy wine, tapas, and a wonderful awe-inspiring flamenco performance.
