Riz de Camargue (Black or Red)
- 200 Grams(6 oz) Riz de Camargue (black or red)
- 400 Grams(14 oz) Water
- Put your rice in a casserole with the water.
- Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer.
- Cover with the lid and allow to cook for 30-40 minutes.
- Serve hot with stuffed squid, gardiane or even with a ratatouille.
