Ingredients

  • 200 Grams(6 oz) Riz de Camargue (black or red)
  • 400 Grams(14 oz) Water

Instructions

  • Put your rice in a casserole with the water.
  • Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer.
  • Cover with the lid and allow to cook for 30-40 minutes.
  • Serve hot with stuffed squid, gardiane or even with a ratatouille.
